Andrew Webb-Buffington is the director of programming for the Fields of Freedom Project, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of educational and experiential programs. His work involves coordinating logistics, managing field operations, and ensuring successful program implementation.  

Prior to this role, Andrew served as a U.S. Army forward observer and airborne paratrooper, specializing in reconnaissance, precision targeting, and mission coordination in diverse environments.

Andrew has lived and worked in 35 countries, gaining extensive experience in international relations, project management, and cultural immersion. He is a global speaker and a STEM ambassador, actively promoting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education.
